Feeling Loopy
Hearing Barney (wouldn't he make anyone loopy?)
Products for Peace: This is a service product sponsored by our service unit through which they provide house warming baskets for women serviced by the YWCAs House of Peace, a shelter for women and their children who are victims of domestic violence. Each troop is asked to provide at least one laundry basket or cleaning bucket filled with cleaning supplies (dish detergent,wash clothes, dish towels, sponges, handiwipes, toilet bowl cleaner and brushes, all purpose cleaner, laundry
, fabric softner,dryer sheets, etc) We can discuss Tuesday at the tv station how many baskets we want to do and then I can generate a list of what we need to purchase. The baskets need to be turned in at the Feb SU meeting (2/11) so we will need to collect the items at our meeting in Feb. I will be able to order patches for the SU project at the Feb meeting, so all girls that participate will receive a patch.
