Feeling Happy
Hearing Dave and Tabby thawing out in the hot tub

Night time snow sledding

January 26, 2004

12:02 AM

heavy snow

listening to Dave and Tabby thawing out in the hot tub

Tabitha begged and wheedled until her father agreed to take her and Mandy out sledding at nine o'clock at night, They bundled up and headed for the Newport stadium where they sledded for about an hour.  They said it was well lit.  Another perk of homeschooling is that we can do things at odd hours since we are bound by no one's schedule but our own.  The night Shelby broke her leg, we headed off to Perkins at 11:00 PM to celebrate UK's narrow victory.  She broke her leg sitting down at Perkins. We have stayed up very late to watch the moon eclipse, watch meteor showers, or just hang out together.  We don't have to worry about getting up for school.

Although, to be honest, with so much snow most of the schools are closed. Baker Hunt is closed tomorrow, so Tabitha won't have her pottery class.  I am sure she will be in the snow a great deal tomorrow.!
