Just have the kids take the GED when the time is right. Or they can get a diploma by completing a short course at an alternative high school.  I got my GED after homeschooling in the seventies, went on to college and graduated cum laude with three degrees in five years. :-)  My niece also homeschooled, then went to the Newport Alternative High school at night for a few months, took her GED and got a regular diploma.
   Colleges are used to homeschoolers by now. Relax and enjoy yourself.

I want to add that homeschoolers do not NEED to get alternative diplomas or GEDs to go to college. Colleges like homeschoolers and we need only to meet their admission requirements. We're NOT 2nd class educators. In fact, many colleges think we're superior! Lets not act inferior! We worked hard!
