Hestia Homeschool for Young Wild Women

The sap is rising....the girls have been beset by several young men in the past few days.:-)  Mandy, in particular, is a real heartbreaker.  Little Randy, who is all of ten years old, asked Mandy today if she would be his girl.  Mandy was very gentle and told him she wasn't allowed to go steady, especially with someone six years younger than her.  Randy piped up and said he is not picky about age. LOL  He then asked Tabby out--who is his age, but who doesn't particularly like Randy...she was less gentle with his feelings. (Tabby was rather emphatic that she doesn't like him THAT WAY! These two tend to butt heads pretty often.)  Of course, then there were the roses that Randall and Stephen brought over for the girls.  Tonight Christian asked Mandy out (he is thirteen years old) and she explained she is not allowed to date steadily. Whew.  Mandy IS excited about going to a wedding with Tim this summer. And then Perry came over again...we are encouraging him to ask Weesie out.  They have so much in common.  Mandy is going to try to get Weesie to go sword fighting with them next time they go. I'd also like to take Perry to Clandesdin with us.  He is really into swords and myths and fantasy, and I believe he would like Clandesdine a lot. The re-enactment season is almost upon us!  Perry keeps talking about how he wishes we could adopt him.  I wish I could take in all these kids who need nurturing...
