One Concerned Dear Reader wrote me, wondering about my ability to teach my children Proper English when they have noticed that I appear to Randomly capitalize words in this journal.  It Amuses me to No End to do so.  I take Joy and Amusement whereever I find it..."It's my journal and I'll capitalize where I want to, where I want to":::humming to the old fifties hit....

I am well aware that only the beginning of sentences and proper nouns should be capitalized.  Right before I started writing my journal online I read a Pulitzer award winning diary of a midwife from the 1700's.  She was a Capable and Admirable woman and writer who wrote before English had been standardized.  I found it charming and decided that I would indulge myself.
