Lunar Eclipse Wednesday night

Lunar Eclipse and Open House at Cincinnati Observatory
After the sun sets on October 27, residents of the tri-state will be treated to a total lunar
eclipse – and the Observatory is inviting you see it all.
The Observatory is hosting a Lunar Eclipse Open House that will include viewing
through our many telescopes, classes, and tours of this national historic landmark.
The Open House runs from 8pm-11pm. Show up any time. Cost of the event is $2
per person – no reservations are needed.
There is a map to the Observatory on their website - at
cincinnatiobservatory.org/programs/index2.html
The actual eclipse begins at about 9:15pm and lasts until after midnight.
It should be a terrific event for the entire family. Do not miss it because there will
not be another total lunar eclipse in Cincinnati until 2007!
