Kentucky Sex Offender Registry
If your state has a notification when a convicted sex offender moves into your area, you should sign up for it. It is always chilling when the phone rings..but it is good to know where these people are and what crime they committed.
These are the registered sex offenders within EASY EASY walking distance of my house. The site includes their pictures if you click on them.
Park is the next street over!!! There are thirty matches for Newport, alone, over sixty for Campbell County.

It is truly frightening how many predators are on our streets. judi

I have one guy who lives down from me that is on it. But I dont nor have ever believed he did it. He has lived htere for years and never ever has he dont anything out of the way. His wife left him and then suddenly her niece came over saying this stuff. She has since recanted her story. Saying it was his ex could get the house. I tend to believe that and all along never thought him guilty. I know that is rare but what I hate about is it makes it harder for the tru stories. I too was amazed how many in my county alone. Lori

I checked my neighborhood on the FDLE website, and saw some listings. :(
I have also seen some of these individuals at the grocery store I work at. My husband says they have to eat, but it's still creepy.
