Hestia Homeschool for Young Wild Women

I am so happy to have the digital camera repaired so that I can once again regale My Faithful Readers with tales of my homeschooling family, complete with pictures.  :-)

Laura Organized a wonderful class at Scyamore Park in Batavia, Ohio.  The entire class was one weather experiment after another, and it really held the children's interest.  They were also happy to get very informative worksheets to put in the notebooks--particularly Tabitha, who thrives on documentation.  :-)

  I hate it when others say homeschooled kids are lacking in socialization. I always tell them it's "controlled." It looks like you had a great time. Nice photos!

  Shelby reminds me of my sister at about the same age. We'd find her out on the patio watching the bugs. She didn't catch 'em she just watched and followed to see where they's go. She did bring in one of the little frogs that hung out in the ivy by the patio though :-)

  Tabitha, I think you have a very pretty smile.  I'm not just saying that to be nice.  I thought it even before your mother mentioned it.
