Hestia Homeschool for Young Wild Women

I was out on the deck, feeding Can o'Crickets to the baby turtles, when Lilypad the Skunk started dancing around my feet.  I scratched her little head and she whuffed at my fingers so deliberately that I gave her one of the stinky refrigerated crickets. She crunched it up and then scuttled around, begging for more. I ended up giving the whole can to her. Now I need to get some more for the turtles.  But Lilypad is irresistable. She is so cute!

Lilypad is descented, but I am posting this skunk odor removal link as a public service. :-)  People swear by it. I heard about it from a skunk rehabber. The babies can spray when they are very little, only a few weeks old!

  Thank you for your TIMELY entry...not only did I enjoy the story of Lily Pad, I checked out the skunk smell formula...printed it for myself and linked it for my friend.  She has had two years of her dog smelling like skunk, most of the time.  She will just love this!
