Riding the Natural Bridge Skylift
I suggest you click on "view larger" and then slide show. Make sure you hold on to the safety bar as you come along for the ride :-).
Traditionally we always ride the Skylift at Natural Bridge whenever we head down to Red River Gorge. It goes 600 feet up to the top of the Natural Bridge. Since the thermometer read 101, we almost decided to forego the trip, but Darren had never been on a Skylift. His delight was contagious. Tabitha and Darren were easily the loudest two creatures on the mountain, with them screaming delightedly all the way up. They really hammed it up, and people passing down would all grin at me and ask if the kids were mine.
These are past entries about camping down at Red River Gorge from the autumn. There are lots and lots of pictures!

I hate heights but at the same time love the rush I get on rides like that!
