Feeling Sad

feline Friday:  remembering sweet Lucas the Cadpig, who died a week ago today

It is hard to believe our sweet little kitten Lucas is dead. I still cannot believe he is gone.  His brother looks for him and cries a great deal. It is very sad.

Mandy said she is glad that he died before he was neutered. At least he did not have to endure that.

Feline Friday  this was my entry for Feline Friday. I couldn't stop with just one photo!

The cats are so cute. So loving. I am so sorry for your sadness. Losing a pet is so sad for a family. I know I am constantly walking around here watching my feet, and shuffling around like I am 80 to keep from walking on a pet. Even though sometimes I get frustrated trying to get around and the dogs are under my feet, I would miss it deeply. Hang in there.

I am so sorry for the baby being gone.  That's two j-land pets this week.  So sad.  That and my friend's former student/pseudo child (as in she was nearly one of the family) was killed in a car accident on Friday.  She was 18.  Prayers to the family are appreciated.

your lucas was a lucky cat to have spent his short life in your wonderful home.  my white cat loves to suck on my daughter fuzzy blanket, I think he was weaned to soon.  I am sorry too, hugs hon, rose

I am really sorry, the pain never really seems to go away....maybe you will take in some more kittens later to give him a friend?  There are always more animals in need.
