I was shocked to find out that the premium dog food I feed our  Greyhounds  "Diamond" has been recalled. Dogs have been dying since some contaminated dog  food has  been released. The brand name is Diamond dog food.

Diamond Pet Food Recalled Due to Aflatoxin  is the USDA recall notice.

 This is not an email hoax.

Please tell all the dog lovers you know. It is very serious.  We feed Diamond Lamb and Rice so our dogs should not be affected but  since they mill the food at the same place the fungus could have  spread...they have withdrawn the Chicken and Rice.

  I'm still pretty new to the computer, so I didn't know how to post my thoughts on an AOL message board that Shanika Stewart would read. I just wanted  to let her know how sorry I am that this happened & I really feel for her. My husband & I love our dog so much; we hate to think of anything bad happening to her.

  And as for you morons who think it's only a dog-apparently you have never owned one and/or have the capacity to realize how unconditionally they can love a person. Countless times my husband has remarked that dogs sometimes are better than kids--they're better-behaved, they never say they hate you, they don't need the latest in clothing or gadgets, they don't throw temper-tantrums--I think you get the idea. All they look for is food, shelter, & love. If you think that's too much to ask for, you don't deserve a dog or a kid!!
  I truly feel sorry for anyone who can be that cold-hearted.
