I am running very behind in my journal entries. To be blunt, I am so exhausted all the time that as soon as I sit down I fall asleep. I am not sure what is going on with my health--perhaps I am just too busy, but my need to rest is obvious enough now that even my husband is leaving me alone and letting me sleep. I slept today until three o'clock in the afternoon. I still felt exhausted when I woke up. Maybe it is my blood sugar? Could it be the cancer spread and it is making me tired? Maybe I just need more sleep? I am a hyperchondriac under the best of conditions, but I am curiously unwilling to go to the doctor. I really do not want more surgery.
We had a busy weekend. Yesterday David and Tabitha took off for King's Island amusement park with Dave's sisters. Mandy went to the Ohio Renaissance Festival with Derek. When Shelby woke up, she was quite mournful that everyone else had gone somewhere fun, so we went to the Children's Museum for several hours. It has been at least a decade since I have been there with only one child. We played some very low key games there. I am happy she was so thrilled to have time alone with me. We did manage to buy one "way cool" dinosaur that we had been eyeing for over a year or so. They had inexplicitedly marked some down to a very cheap six dollars, so we snatched it up.

Hun. It sounds like you need a simple blood test to check for HYPOTHYROID. These are the same symptoms I had after my hysterectomy. It seems that hypo and hysters go together.

I'm just going to repeat what everyone has said. Please go to the doctor!

I hope that if you keep feeling bad that you eventually get yourself checked out for it would be a shame if it was something that if caught earlier could be handled better. I do hope you start feeling better soon. I live with chronic sickness and exhaustion lately too myself thanks to me getting "sick" again. I am glad you had some one on one time with Shelby! :)
