Spanish classes


The girls have been taking Spanish classes on and off for the past few years---most recently for the past year or so with a wonderful grandmother from Mexico who teaches in a very laid back, gentle whole language style...I believe it is very important for them to have at least one other language...they also know some Sign, and can understand Appalachian English (giggle, giggle, snort...)

This picture was the last picture we took of Tabitha before she got her braces today!  She choose PURPLE ones...

Ya I have been trying to learn Spanish myself....but it is hard to do, well at least for me.
