Welcome to my informational blog. A journal devoted, to helping people learn how to post, as well as letting them know what is still available in the Health Community. While the Health Community may not be what it once was, it's still a vibrant community, with many devoted members. I'm just one of those. For help when posting on our AOL Back Pain boards or any other message boards here on AOL, the links I'm including below will offer you all the needed information. Ryan over on Comet, Community Info blog has really done a wonderful explanation of how to use the boards, whether or not your an AOL member. These are free services, and I'm sure you all know by now. Joe's has made up several entries to help members learn how to use board features. His entries are complete with pictures and all. They look great and are easy to follow. Hats off, and many thanks to Joe..!!!
