Mostly Photos
Yesterday was sunny! So I went out to capture some spring-time life! The lambs are right next door to us. I took these photos through our fence:

One year when the girls were young a neighbor gave them each a lamb. They had so much fun feeding them (actually it was Mark who feed them with a bottle at 2 AM. He was so good about it.) I found a photo of that year (scanned); these are the same two girls I showed making lunch in the kitchen the other day!:

I found this gate in a junk pile. I always see Jessi talking about her "tag gate". LOL I don't think her's is a life-size gate, but hey, this was free and so I see what I can do with it. Think I'll paint it white, then distress, then try to sneak it in the house to my studio/sewing/craft/fun room, which at 4½ feet tall is going to get tricky!:
I found a treasure at the local thrift store recently! It was a group of vintage cards, about 30, and I paid $1.99. There were birthday cards, sympathy cards, birth congratulations cards, a few Easter cards, and more!

Here is the front and inside of one of the Easter cards:

Here's the tag I mention a few posts ago. (Made using some digi elements from Raspberry Road Designs):

Here are a couple signs I painted this week. (Don't forget you can buy my signs through eBay or Esty- see links on top right) And, yes, I handpaint each and every letter!:

And one last SPRING TIME daffodil photo for you, just to make you *smile*:

Blessings!

Oh those little lambs are so adorable! Such a sign of Spring! Heidi I just LOVE that gate! I think you should paint it pink and shab it up and use it to hang all your tags! Such a lucky find!

Heidi, I want a gate too! You'll have to tell me how you sneak it in and transform it. I think my hubby would think I'd really lost it if I brought one home. LOL

Love the goats! And the "Two are better than one" pic.

Thank you for your sweet comments and the congratulations! It's been rather a roller coaster ride with this and my hormones aren't helping at all! But I know everything will be fine.
I so love your pictures of the lambs. I grew up on 10 acres & had all sorts of animals from horses to reptiles but I ALWAYS wanted a lamb. And I still do!! I'm holding on to my dream that one day we'll have some land & get to have a little menagerie.
I'm going to have to order a sign for Gracyn's room, but I might wait until we move. One less thing to have to pack. I know I saw one I want to order for my neice for this coming Christmas.
Can't wait to see what you do with the gate. What a fun piece for your studio!
Take care,
Kristal
