Adding Insult to Injury

At this point, I must ask... is T.O. the biggest punk in the NFL? Based on his antics following Sunday's devastating loss to the Cowgirls, I would have to say 'yes.' The question is, will Philly fans forgive and forget?

If you haven't seen the story yet, you're not the only one. It seems that Owens donned a throwback Michael Irvin Dallas Cowboys jersey in the Eagles locker room, then proceeded to wear it on the bus and the flight home after the 'Boys beat the 'Birds by a margin of 33-10.

My question is... How do you just happen to have that lying around? It had to have been premeditated. And someone needs to remind the boy that he had 5 catches for 50 yards on the day and no touchdowns. No doubt he would blame this on Donovan, true to form.

Apparently Andy Reid is unfazed, as always.

From the Asbury Park Press... "No Eagles teammate seemed particularly outraged by Owens' choice of apparel. Maybe that's the price you pay after a game like Sunday. You get dominated like that, pushed around like that, and maybe you lose the right to be outraged."

Well, as a blogger, I haven't lost my right to be outraged. Talk about the lowest form of disloyalty to a team. I don't care how many catches you have for how many touchdowns... I've just jumped off the T.O. bandwagon... officially.

Eagles fans: how pissed are you?

I'm not Pissed at T.O. it's just another instance of his childish behavior. He is a punk and I hope the Eagles organization sends him packing after this season with or without a Super Bowl win. As a matter of fact I'd like to see the Eagles win the Super Bowl on Sunday and trade his ass on Monday morning .....

not an eagles fan and not pissed. going w/hotness and coherence and cohesion. away we may be, this is when we struck the chord to AC/DC's Hell's Bell's last yr and rolled through the season. granted, we blew to the jets in the 1st round and barely. i doubt any flatness on our part manana. i see LT in the cornfield ala field of dreams. and gates utilized. hang on dono, ur going to rushed hard. we have been a day late and a dollar short on all good qb's. either way, it the eagles and the bolts. eagles can't sit on a powerline. the tree is ovah there. by the the by, posednik just put the sox up by 2 as i type...go sox. like the game tomorrow tho, it ain't over till eeeets ovah, f*ck the cliche about the fat lady. Pavoratti bolt man be singin tomrrow.

I know  how all eagles fans are feeling after what Terrell(dont get the honor 2 be called T.O.) did after the cockroach game. Yes he is a jackass, yes he is a pedulant little kid. You have to treat terrell with kid gloves. Yes it made me upset not mad on what he did. To be honest i dont care what he wears as long as he is one part of the whole that makes the team run as a whole. For anyone that says terrell shouldve been cut before the season knows they are lying through their teeth. He a good athlete, but eagles fun are ok with mediocrity. Cmon this is the year we suppose by the experts say we should make the superbowl. You want all your parts to be on board. I dont think he has been the reason its the lack of everyone as a whole being on board and injuries. The modern day athlete has no loyalty to their team whatsoever like how concrete charlie, tommy mcdonald, players like that were loyal to their teams. Theres just too much money out there for that. Athletes are spoiled PERIOD. All i care about is the player that wears the jersey for the team i cheer for and that the eagles. This is negadelphia do urself a favor ignore him care about what he and the eagles do on sunday and that it. Lets win a superbowl and go from there.

I can't agree with you more.  I have been off the T.O. bandwagon for quite some time now.  I think his attitude is hurting the team.  Granted we don't usually see the team come together & play seamless until late October, but I can't help but wonder if he (T.O.) has contributed to some of the teams' lack of glue.  Andy should have let him go before the regular season started.  I think the chemistry would be a lot better today.  I blame a little on Donovan, but hey, if you had a groin pull, chest injury & whatever else, you'd be a little battle-worn too.  T.O., what's your excuse?!  You're not injured...the team is!  Now, I am a Philly fan, but a frustrated one and true to form as a frustrated Philly fan..."Hey T.O.!  S&*T or get off the pot!"
