Milk was a Bad Choice

Ever wonder what would happen if you cooked with milk that had gone bad and then ate it? I'm guessing most would say, "No, I never wondered about that." Yet, there have to be some people who are curious, right. So, let me fill you in. Because today, I cooked with bad milk without realizing it, until of course, I had already ate the food. As of now (4:40- about 3 hours after eating), I am begininng to feel a bit of a grumble in the belly region. A little pain is also shooting around in there as well. I'll check back in a hour to let you know how the process of bad milk eating is going...

* Okay, its 7:35- and let me tell you about some pain and incredible indigestion (not to mention trips to the WC). I've even taken some pills. Why oh why didn't I check the date on the milk jug?

Hmmm, but buttermilk is curdled milk and people cook with that all the time (and drink the stuff too).  We eat sour cream and yogurt without distress.  Now perhaps it was the bad milk, but maybe just an opportunistic bug?  I hope you are all better soon at any rate.  Paulette

That's pretty gross actually.  But live and learn I suppose.
