And thank god she did, could you even stand to see Flav run off with that nasty girl with the stripper look?? But my biggest complaint, the biggest one of all?? Why was the whole show dedicated to New York?? The whole freakin show?? I wasted at least 45 minutes of my time watching New York making an ass out of herself, when half way through the show the polls were 79% For Deelishus to win his heart.

The drama, the bullshit, New York's craziness, it's all a big ploy to draw all the attention to her. Well, even though Deelishus won, she did it again, and I hate that. Give the winner the gold teeth and the loser all the TV time?? What's the deal??? Deelishus gets the first date and we think that it's good, she got one up on New York. Then, the dates were even swayed towards New York, sailing vs massages?? Was it all a ploy to make you think that New York was going to win?? Yes! Yes! Yes! I am mad that my girl did not get all the time that she should have, she went through a lot to get it. And that show stealer is nothing but a mess.

D, from the D, you go girl. I'm glad you showed the world how horrible this monster really is! Flav, you chose the right girl!

Peace!

Like Dat

Well. A full day of Flav is almost over, and as we are getting down to the final hours, wondering what wil happen next, who will be the one to win his heart, and revisiting all the epidoes we saw, and I think we're all feelin what I'm feelin.........Deelishus is gonna win!

I look back, laugh at myself, laugh at Buckwild, and hey, it's all it is to say what I think, this is Flav & Deelishus Day! I've been runnin the streets all weekend long and the word is, "I hope Deelishus wins!" Well I do too! She's spent this time provin that she is the woman for Flav, she can sing but didn't want the credit for it, she's georgous and doesn't flaunt it.....she's modest smart and kind. So hey, basically, we're just all waitin to hear him say it! Now all we can do is wait for the reunion show! I'll log back in and let you know what I think about the whole set up, I got a feelin, it's gonna be a shocker to New York when she gets dissed again, just like her momma said!

Peace!

Like Dat

When I first saw Nibblz I said, "Damn! What the hell is going on here!" We were all very silent, all of us, not because of her presence, but because we all had to be. But her outfit was so odd, that I thought everyone could hear what I said in my head! She and a very low cut shirt/dress/I don't know what else, and I think you could see her nipple rings through the dress. That was all fine with me, she was thin, she was cute, and since we were not talking, no one knew about the lisp just yet. None of that threw me off, but the thing that did? It was the boots. Golden beige cowboy boots with a black and white striped dress. They just didn't match. I mean the boots were cute, but they just didn't go with the dress. I was like, "What did you do girl, spend all your time gettin ready puttin on those nipple rings"?

By the time we all entered into the house, the body shots with Toastie were we needed to confirm she was a freak. Everyone was laughin, I was too. But I wasn't laughin to hard. Not knowing what any of these girls were like or how old they were, I really didn't want any part of a sorority house mentality. But here we go, the most sexually intimidated are always the ones to put their assets on front street.

I was wrong. Nibblz was not intimidated by a damn thing, in fact she put all her assets on front street and she did not care! She was what she was and told us so!! Nibblz did not have a problem telling us she had a stripper pole in her livingroom. Ladies I am friends with a stripper! Well, It's a hobby she says, and so what if it is not! I would have never believed that I would have a friend who dabbled in the industry, and a smart one at that! Creative, sensitive and really nice, I mean really sweet, she is just as smart as she is funny, with her silly giggle and her tongue ring. I like Nibblz. She never got into any fights, except when Toastie tried to lie on her, and that wasn't even fighting it was more like she was defending her honor. And the girl still has a rust colored dress I loaned her when she ran out of clothes one day! That's right she still has it,, but I got her number so I can get it any time. It's my bad for not picking it up when I left, but my girl is holdin it for me.

Now I know what ya'll wanna know. Y'all want my take on her sexuality, if she ever messed with Toastie, and if she tried to get with any of the other girls in the house. NO! NO! and NO! To my knowledge, she didn't get with Toastie, she was not walkin around the house stealin stares at all the pretty girls and tryin to push up, and like she said, she did not give Flav a hand job when the three of them slept in his room. Nibblz is real with her business, to me she feels like she has nothing to prove to anyone out here, you take it or leave it. That's why I had more respect for her than for Toastie, because Nibblz never lied!

Peace,

Like Dat
Yeah once again Egypt and Ashy Larry were good to me, we had fun and we laughed. For 3 hours, the 7AM to 10AM block, 2 hours longer than expected. We had so much fun we forgot the time! Larry was held up because he was locked up, and came in like a vengeance, angry that we wouldn't answer his collect calls and that I was asking for a carton of cigarettes. We spoke about how we were all surprised by the fact that this weeks show was a recap of all that has happened since episode 1, and that we were really looking forward to finding out who won Flav's heart this season. Then the preverbal came along.

A DJ's greatest AM glory. Essence Magazine, with an editorial article titled "Slave to the Clock". In short, it was the same old story, how the show degrades black women and insults everyone involved. How Flav uses language that doesn't even exist in the english language, and how these abuses perpetuate the African American male/female relationship stereotype. So they asked me, of course because I was there, and this is continuation of my answer. No to slight in the least way the writer's concerns or comments, but really to ad, that's entertainment. Are the Osborne's any more or less guilty for perpetuating a negative British family stereotype? How does the Bachelor fair against these same types of issues? And Fear Factor, with it's sole focus to play into an individuals greatest fears, promoting the internal emotional terrors of each contestant for one common goal, to win money.

If you don't like the show then don't watch it. And if the women, who like myself chose to participate in this show, are interested in placing their sexuality on front street for everyone to see, I do believe it's their choice. The reality is that we do occasionally fight over our men, crazy things happen, and other jealous women do put salt in our game. The reality is that we do eventually find out our lovers are either gay or bisexual, or they have jobs that are not acceptable to our ourselves or our friends and families. This show does not hide the fact that a man would be happy to have more than one woman interested in him. And in turn, the Bachelorette does not hide the fact that a woman would be happy having more than one man interested in her. We've all messed with more than on person at a time, that is what it's all about right? Trying to find out what your likes and dislikes arebefore you settle down. Gone With the Wind perpetuated the existence of non-monogamous relationships when Scarlet O'Hara had her Coming Out Ball and a list of male suitors. And I don't believe there's a woman out there that has never experienced relationship sabotage from outside influences. So how less real is Flav's reality TV show? Or does it just hit so close to home that some of us have to question the ethics of a man for finding an entertaining way to present it to the world?

But not everybody there participating is a "Booty Shaker", "Video Hoe", or "Adult Dancer". I surely did not fit into any of those categories. I'm to big for ay or those gigs. My realness that everyone loves so much lies in the fact that I was not trying to be anybody or anything but myself. Just a girl from around the way, Chill City, across the river Hudson. People were hating on me on all the blogs right after they aired the episode where I said " I love my ghetto". People, besides those who know me, are always asking how I know what I know but was on the show. The fact is, I like it here because the people are real. They know what they know and they are not trying to be anything else but themselves. They gotta go to work every day, pay their bills, take care of the lone non-achiever in their family, and try and take a trip once a year. And still they find time to say hello to me as soon as I step out on the street, because we are not closed up in our own little worlds trying to make people think we are what we're not. And me, my motto is, how can you be this close to New York, the multicultural capital of the country, and not get in touch with all the races of people here? What's real? My need to feed my mind and hang out with everyone everywhere and not get caught up with what society deems appropriate. That's why I answered the casting call in the first place. Your man Flav represented to me, the acceptable need to deviate from the norm, to break barriers and share his eccentricities to anyone willing to listen! I like that in a man, to boldly go where no man has gone before. I'm doing it right now, this week, by attending the premier event for Russian Film Week in New York 2006 on Friday, bein run by my man Aleksei Panin, and will definitely be catchin some Russian films around the city. It's New York and it's there for me to see so I'm gonna go and see it. And that's my point, everyone is always a lot deeper than what you see, and even if some of those girls are a part of the top 3 hated professions listed above, somebody has to do it, otherwise Jay-Z, T.I., Naz and Byonce wouldn't have any back-up dancers for their videos!

Peace

Like Dat
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
NYC INFO

For more information on Russian Film Week in NY Check out www.russianfilmweek.com
October 13-19 2006

I'll be there!

LD

You know that's my girl. She didn't take anything from anybody. She's cute and she's tough, and she's funny. And yes ya'll, she's savin herself for her husband and I don't see a damn thang wrong with that. The funny thing about Bootz was that she was mouthy, but definitely mouthy when it was necessary. In the beginning, somebody had to shut Somthin up, she was runnin her mouth all the time, and it was Bootz that was ready to do it. She pulled up her hair like an old man would pull up his boots and got ready to put a whuppin on that silly ass girl, and was like "I HEARD BOOTZ!" And we laughed and laughed at the was Somthin cowered. Bootz's classic line.........."Real Bitches do Real Things!" I'll never forget it, ever. We laughed so hard I lost my voice. She was serious when it came down to it, and never held back!

The sensitive side to the girl was that as long as you were real with her, she was there for you. I liked that about her the most! Sometimes pretty girls don't dig that deep, and that was in no way the little miss's personality. The girl had her own class and style and was, really still is proud of it. She's not the one to not speak, but for real, if you are all about one thing with her, she will find a way to roll her eyes at you and excuse herself, as if you were not even worth the conversation. So gentlemen out there, I'm tellin you right now, don't even bother if you think you are gonna walk up to Bootz and immediately talk about knockin em! It's a rap if you try that with her, and I hope you can run because you do not want to be on the receiving end of a smack from her!

Now, word on the street is word on the street, and the latest gossip about my girl, well I will tell you this........Gossip os for people that don't know the truth just yet, and rumors are just the same. I'll have somethin to say more about it when the truth comes out, but for now we'll wait.

Sunday couldn't come any quicker, because I wanna know who won too! And I miss my girls. I hope its Deelishius, because the way New York and her momma act.............I don't want my man's kids around her!

Peace out, I'm sure Sunday is gonna be a good one!

Like Dat
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SHOUT OUT CITY!!!!!! SHOUT OUT CITY!!!!

Once again, out in thestreets of New York, I wanna give a real big hug to my girl Jordan, Miss Cover Girl Model herself! She was hangin out with Me and My publicist Tamica Fields last night at Cielo. And of course who was working her Event Mgmt magic for this Belvedere event??? The Fabulous Fabiola herself! Once again she showed us a good time. I wanna also give a quick holla to this dude I met on the street named Steve. I stopped to take a look at his German Short Haired Pointer and he was like "Hey I know this voice!!!" it was over then when he figured out who I was. Only in NYC I tell you. My girls Bootz and Beautiful will be in Chicago so check them out. I think Buckwild is gonna be with them, so give her a holla for me there to, they're hostin a party. Me, catch me on air in NYC again with Egypt & the Crew this Monday on Power 105, you know that gonna be fun!! Catch y'all on Sunday night after the show!

Krazy,

What can I say about sweet, innocent Krazy. Her thin statuesque build confused me. Her persona and body type was quite different than that of the others of us chosen to participate in this dramaful event. Her face, characteristically average. BUt I did notice her lips. They were the most intriguing thing about her. Her voice, so soft in tone, even when she sang. And when she sang to the man of the hour while receiving her name? To this day I do not understand why it was given to her. She's Not Krazy at all.

It seemed to me in the beginning that Krazy had found some ladies of her own complexion to help her feel more comfortable in a house filled with weaves, silk wraps, and gel tips. She did spend A lot of time with Tiger, who in her own way was confused and walked around as if she was not used to being the outsider. See, Flav's house, no matter where you cam from, you could tell that it was a house full of black folk, black styles, and black people, and if you were not used to being around that culture, you were lost. Krazy, seemed a little lost but to me she was confident in finding her way.

Now, I always found her to be a very sweet girl, with modest opinions about everything. The kind that would not offend anyone. It was odd for me to see her fighting with Deelishus and New York. I remember the first time she impressed me. We were in her room, with Nibblz, and Deelishius talking about the state of the world. Me, I have strong political views, backed up by years of study in college, and my own collection of text on political ethics and socio-politcal theory. At any rate, as the media is filling up with protests and the heat of the immigration debate is getting hotter, time has stopped where we are, in a competition for the affections of one of the worlds most well known Hip Hop Icons. Krazy brings up a movie, documentary that I wouldn't think she would know of, "A Day without a Mexican". I liked that movie. I liked that it told a story no one wanted to hear. And the singer brought it up. I smiled at her, and the 3 of us kept talking for a good while.

It surprised me that Krazy lasted as long as she did. Flav's attraction to the Latino's?? Probably, but I was sure that Bootz or Buckeey would have broken her down. And now as I reflect on the times where I often wondered whyshe was here at all, it still isn't clear. The only thing that is clear is that she wears her heart on her sleeve and whether or not you think that's a good thing, you can't fault her for that!

Peace,

Like Dat

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
SHAMELESS PLUG! SHAMELESS PLUG!

My girl Thais at Lipserviceink has been really hookin me up lately so check out my latest interview on www.lipserviceink.com (go to the ink and scroll down and see my interview). It is online Radio so listen for a little. I'm sure you will like!

LD
