    Hey Kevin,

Your Official Blog is very inspirational.  I just purchased your book on Amazon, and I look forward to reading it. I wish others in this and other industries would set aside more time encourage others.

I am an attorney and my friend (who has a knack for finding real talent) is in the music business and represents several artists as a manager/agent and has landed recording and distribution contracts for them with Universal, Koch, Def Jam and others.

I think it is time for us partner out and to make the transition into owning our own record label, either independently or as a subsidiary to some of the majors, like Def Jam. What advice would you give us? hals1law17@aol.com

Hello Kevin, this is agreat site and a great idea..Thank u for your words of inspiration.
I want to know what advice you would give for people's demos. People who receive these are supposed to be creative and innovative and even if a persons music from a demo isn't what is being looked for what is the possibility that the music exec can still hear some possibility and reach out for something more from the artist but with a little direction?
