Good Morning Kevin,
I am sorry to say that I have not heard of you before, but I applaud you on your job excelerations. I have no knowledge of the publishing industry and the only knowledge I have of the music industry is the music that I have always loved to hear and buy. I am a retired teacher/beginning writer/poet. To date, I have written about 110 poems. This is something that I have wanted to do since I was in fifth grade....and I am now 53 years old. I have also constructed a collection of love letters which I have combined with the poems to make one mock-up. Yes, I sent my work of to a publishing co that I know nothing about. It has now been about two months and I have not heard from them. There are located in Michigan. I have also composed a literary tribute to the evacuees from New Orleans that I would love to get recorded. Mr. Lilies, I have no agent, people will not answer my letters, I do not have the money to finance myself, I live in a town where I will not be able to get help. All I need is for someone to represent me, refine me and provide me with the opportunites that would help to elevate my new career. My husband abandoned me years ago, my kids are grown, I need financial stability, and I just want to perfect my craft. Would you please help me? I am providing my address for you.
