Its me again Producer Willie "bum bum" I must have played 24Hours with Russell Simmons over and over til the tape stopped working.  I have read LIfe after Def and so on, but now I wake up every morning to listen to your audio Blogs im so glad another exec shares his wisdom and knowledge i need it for inspiration because i am one day gonna be you.  I have written a few hit records and been Grammy nominated , but im still trying to get that deal with my own artist i develop my artist and then i lose them to majors only getting one song on album or maybe none at all.  WhaT Advice can you give me as an up and coming Prodcuer/Songwriter/Executive that will help me to maintain my artist and get the deal tthats rewarding of discovering great talent?
