My goal was to be "fit by forty" but I am expecting my second child, a girl, in early November. While I might not reach my ultimate goal by 40 I am sure going to try to get in better shape...mainly because  I don't want to be a couch potato mom who just sits by and watches her kids grow up. I want to be in the mix doing things with them. In order to do that I need to get in better shape. My new goal is 40 lbs gone by 40!
All you need to make 'scrap soup' is a cup of stickers, a pile of colored and patterned paper, a dash of adhesives and several of your treasured photos. Mix well, (can add ribbon or buttons) journal, and you will be done with a book that will be treasured for years.
I am 38 years young. I became married in August 2005 and my first child was born December 22, 2006, Rebekah Joy. After getting married I became determined to lose weight in order to have children. I lost 35 lbs and the Lord blessed us with a child earlier then we ever expected. Now that I have this child I need to be able to keep up with her! :)  I need to boost my energy level as well as keep myself healthy so I can be around to bug her for a long,
