9/15 at Home

Today I went to my first party.  I had heard about what goes on at parties from some of my friends, so I was very prepared.  Of course I had my binoculars so I could see what was going on up close.  I was dressed in my finest plaids with all the pins I got on my travels and I really thought I was looking spiffy.

Little did I know, I was the only BOY bear there and the girls were all dressed in their fancy prissy dresses.  They sat on chairs and looked pretty.  Where was the loud music?? Where was the shiny disco ball hanging from the ceiling??  I was expecting PIZZA and they served froo-froo little sandwiches and tea!

See me in the middle of the tea party?  I was beginning to feel a bit out of place until I met a new friend.  He looks kind of familiar...what do you think?

One of the advantages to living in a store like Jenna's is that there are always new friends arriving.  This lovely lady is a Red Hat Bear.  Jenna says the Red Hat Ladies come visit the shop and they wear really funny clothes, laugh a lot and have a great time. My new friend Henry is hiding behind me in the picture.  He's a basset hound and he thinks he's sooo fierce! HA!

One of the things I enjoy when I come home for a visit is helping Jenna decorate some of the Christmas trees.  Each one has it's own theme.

This is the Irish & Scottish tree and it's one of my favorites.  Wonder why???

This tree has Christmas ornaments of flags from all over the world.  The world is even on the tree!

More to come tomorrow!

Happy Trails
