This is about the time of day I start getting a little snoozy, so here's a little something for you and me to perk ourselves up: The Rock Star Guide to Falling Apart, by the indie band The Pretty Please and their album Demonstration. It's spunky and loud. Between this and yet another diet Coke, I may make it through.
