Reality Check
AOL Journaler SEKirley is an EMT who has had an enviable record in keeping people in his care alive until they got to the hospital. The streak ended recently, and he writes about what that means to him here.
It's gotta be rough. The question to ask, for him and I think anyone in his situation is: Did you do what you could? If you have, then that's all anyone could ask. I don't doubt he did all he could, and in that respect, his streak continues.
