Hearing Minority -- Green Day

The Animals Are Always the First to Know

Picture from Hometown

Even Kodi knows that summer is coming to a close, and that we need to go out and enjoy the sunny days while we still can. I could show you additional pictures of her stretching out on her back, basking in the sun, but by law I can only provide so much canine cuteness in one day.

How are you enjoying the last few days of summer?

I'm with the one from Alabama only thinking the same thing from Florida!!  We aren't in a mobile home but by the reports of Ivan it doesn't sound like it will matter where or what one is in it is supposed to be bad.  Lord just send the extra angels now...we're gonna need 'em and thanx in advance.

Given the fact that I live in Mobile, Alabama...summer lasts a little bit longer than I'm use to.  It seems that we could be in the way of Ivan, so the next fews days will be spent planted in front of my tv, as I ponder what the heck I'm doin' down here!!!!  LOL

My girls (the dogs) are doing the same thing as Kodi!  Laying in the sun, playing with the butterflies, and digging their last minute holes..LOL!  As for me, I am spending a lot of time outside, on the deck reading, while I still can! Winter will be here before you know it! :)
