Hearing Three Sunrises -- U2
Here's a little secret: Most of the year I can't see the sunrise from my house -- the line of trees on the east limit of my property blocks the sun until it's well into the sky. By mid-December, mere days before the start of winter, however, all those trees are bare and the sunrise, though not particularly warm, shines through just fine. It's one of the compensations, I suppose, for it being so darn cold.

It is beautiful photography. So pleasing to the eye ahhh...:)
We recently had a red sky sunset like your sunrise. Everywhere you looked, all around you was this unbelievable, rub your eyes, true beautiful sunset. Living on the west coast for so many years, I marveled in the sunsets. But now, living in the south, I'm really getting the to see the beauty of a brand new day. I used to be a night owl. Not so much anymore. I love to wake up to the light and the air. -
Wow! Nice!

Usually it's when I'm waking up, although since I have a book deadline in a couple of weeks, I'll probably be doing more "as I'm going to sleep" ones.

What I want to know is, did you approach sunrise as time to get up, or time to go to bed? I try never to be awake at sunrise, but when I am, I'm always on my way to bed. How 'bout you? I've seen you do some late night postings! - Karen the night owl
