Hearing How Many More Years -- Howlin' Wolf

Snow Daze

Picture from Hometown

I could tell you how many inches of snow we got last night, or I could show you. Gaze upon Athena's swingset, the swings of which, as you may see, have been consumed by the snowdrifts. Bear in mind that they're forecasting another couple of inches before the afternoon, so it's entirely possible that the swing will disappear entirely under the snow. As it is, we and everyone else in our county (and the one next to it) are snowed in -- no driving for anyone. Mind you, this doesn't impact my routine much -- I work at home anyway -- but Krissy is feeling a little guilty for not being at work. I told her she was insane.

Tell me about your own snow issues -- I figure I'm not the only one jammed up with snow at the moment.

After your first photo to use about he snow you already had, I caught the national weather report and saw you were in for a whole lot more of the cold white stuff.  When are we going to see a picture of your snowman?  You know you want to build one with your family tee hee! :o  Dress warm. Please put a bif carrott on him for his nose. Anyone else have any suggestions on how John should dress/decorate his snowman? ;) roth
