New AOL Help Stuff
Okay, this is an entry explicitly for AOLers, which is something I do every once in a while because, well, that's who pays me.
AOL is doing some revamping of their help areas to make them easier to use (and also a little bit more fun as well). One of their big new areas is here: Discover AOL: Get Help. This area covers the Top 5 ways people use help, has links to easy help resources and also features an interesting collection of "3 Easy Steps," in which common AOL functions and features are explained in -- you guessed it! -- three steps (They even have how to Create an Online Journal. I'm so proud).
This is a pretty useful site for both getting answers for common AOL questions, and also as a stepping stone for some exploration on AOL. Check it out.
