Hearing The Sun Shines Where You Are -- Sam Bisbee
I'm feeling in a jaunty mood today, so I'm going to hit you with some music early this week -- and if you're all good, maybe I'll do it again on Friday. Because that's me -- all giving and such. This track is from Sam Bisbee, whom I've hit you with before. It's a single not available on his albums, called "The Sun Shines Where You Are," and it's got a nice intimate rock feel -- sort of what "emo" would feel like if the singer wasn't clinically depressed about his inability to communicate with girls. I like it; hope you like it too.

I normally don't care for a lot of the emo-ish rock ... me, I like Brit pop, and true indie more ... but I like this Sam Bisbee cat ... kinda cool ... thanks for the tip!!

And wow! Major bummer! So sorry to hear about your basement. I'm sure you weren't expecting to deal with that hassle today.
I hope the clean-up goes smoothly and the repair job is relatively trouble-free. Hang in there! :-)
