YGP Issues

Just got a note from the tech people letting me know that they're aware of some issues with You've Got Pictures and the AOL Journals, and that they're working on them now. I'll tell you more when I get more information about the problem.

I emailed AOL Pictures Help as instructed by the General Error Message and got back a lengthy to do list.
Of course, I had already done and nothing worked but I tried the suggestions again. Glad I ran into your post.

I was having the same problems today. Funny how I just assumed it had to be me who was the problem, who had screwed things up and just couldn't seem to master this journaling thing.

It was weird. I wrote a comment and saved it and got some weird message from YGP! My comment was saved when I reaccessed the journal.

I'll say. I don't use YGP, but AOL Journals were completely down for a while last night, along with IM and Buddy Lists. I almost emailed to ask where it was denied service attack in progress, but then it came up, and I figured we'd hear more about it today.

So: what's the deal? And was last night's meltdown related to what you're talking about now? I've seen stuff momentarily unavailable today, but not to the same degree as last night.
