Oddly enough, there was a hole in the sunset that was exactly Athena-sized. Fortunately, I have just the thing to fix that.

WoW ... that is absolutely breathtaking. The setting sun has been emblazoning beauty all over the country this past week. I got an awesome view of the setting sun going over the Assawoman Bay heading out of Ocean City night before last. That was the most splendiforous and magnifico I have EVER seen the sky look in my whole life. Well, at least it was in the top 3 . . . all swirly and reds melting into orange and fading into lavendar ... Tonight I noticed a pink haze on the ocean side and went and watched three fellas surfing while the sun was sinking . . . the pinks and blues and mixtures of tones was so pretty and the sound of the surf and watching a few kids being goofy just gave me such a sense of peace.
This shot here is a definate piece of art. -
