Hearing Nothing at the moment
It's occassionally worth remembering that what we see and what our cameras "see" can sometimes be entirely different things. Last night I looked (somewhat groggily) out my window and saw an amazing play of reds and roses across the clouds as the sun set, and I went out to snap a few quick pictures. What my camera saw, well, you can see: red and darkness. Certainly makes rural Ohio seem a sinister place to be.
Suffice to say the real sunset was a lot more varied (also it wasn't nearly this dark). And indeed, other pictures are rather more in line to what my eyes saw. Still, this is a very cool photo, and I love that I can be surprised sometimes by the difference between how I perceive things and how my mechanical implements perform the same task.
