Hearing This is Halloween -- Danny Elfman
Have something you collect? Then this is the Photo Shoot for you:
Your Monday Photo Shoot: Let us see your collection of whatever it is you collect. Thimbles, NASCAR collectables, Star Trek figurines -- what it is, let's see those tchotchkes!

What is this a collection of? Creamers! You know, those little containers that you put cream in, just in case someone want cream in their coffee. It's not my collection, mind you, it's my wife's, and she inherited it from her grandmother, and bought a special display shelf to store them all in (this is just the bottom half). All the creamers are from Krissy's grandmother's collection; Krissy hasn't added to them yet. Krissy, you see, collects shot glasses. Which tells you a little bit about the difference between generations, I suppose. Nevertheless, not everyone collects creamers, so it's just different enough of a collection to be of note. I don't drink coffee and my wife takes hers black, so these really are just for display only.
What do you collect? Take a snap, post it on your blog or journal, and leave a link here so we can all come by and see what you've got!

I have been collecting salt and pepper shakers for years. I have all shapes and designs. I went to dinner at a friends house and took her salt and pepper shakers. Now when people come over they go to the china closet to see my new ones.

I collect fish, and so does my husband. His are the living, breathing kind, but mine are the bookshelf variety. The creamers are pretty. I have a few but not that many! Check out my fish! I took a picture of them just for the assignment. Bea

What in the world is that a picture of? A set of glasses, or something very very very very very strange? That is one strange and bizzare collection that you've got going on there! That's for sure! And um...how do you pronounce "tchotchkes"? Is that even a word? I'm only 12...to be honest with you. And throughout all of the tough words that I have ever seen throughout my entire life so far, ... that has got to be THE WHACKIEST WORD I HAVE EVER SEEN BEFORE!!! Well...whatever!!!
