Hearing Metalness -- Reapers
Speaking of Journals Editor Joe, he's got an update on the "R3" install that happened today... and was subsequently rolled back after rostering conflicts. Technology is wonderful! Giving the timing, another install's not likely to happen immediately. The good news is that come the weekend you're likely to have other new toys to keep you occupied.
Joe also has a posting on the "Internet is Marxist" thing I was going to write about but now won't, except to wonder, if the Internet is indeed Marxist, why I make any sort of money off of it. It is true, however, that I feel almost refreshingly unalienated from my labor. But I think that's just because I like all of you so darn much. Yes, yes, let's all have a group hug moment now.
Unrelated but certainly amusing: Mall Santa Kicks Ass With a Tree. Just because he wiggles like a bowl full of jelly doesn't mean St. Nick won't take you down.

Hey, I may have taken your Marxist Internet entry, but you took my "life of a stay-at-home worker" bit (although I guess you are a little more qualified in that department.). -- Joe

From many posts ago regarding Coke Blak: I was watching the History Channel last night and apparently there has been a soft drink called The Manhattan which is a carbonated coffee drink that has been around since the late 1800s. Wish I could tell you more, but I'm not very good at paying attention to tv. I do know that it is still available though.
