Hearing Crazy -- Gnarls Barkley
For school Athena had to make an animal out of household materials, and here it is: The noble flamingo! The body is construction paper, the legs are little bundles of spaghetti and the toes are macaroni shells. The neck was kind of floppy (construction paper is not known for its structural rigidity), so we taped it to stiffen it. Yes, it's less of a model of a flamingo... and more of a Platonic ideal. Well, possibly not. But not bad for a first-time science project.

This is SO cute! I bet she's quite proud of her creation. This project is definitely one to be displayed.

That definitely looks like a flamingo to me. I know if I tried something like that, I'd just wind up with a crumpled piece of pink construction paper with two crinkle-straws sticking out of it.
