Because I Am a Tech Geek

10 Strangest Gadgets of the Future. By which these folks mean the near future, like in the next ten years, presumably.

I don't know if any of these "future tech" thingies have any real viability. But I wouldn't mind living in a world where we had origami DVD players and transparent toaster. And world peace! But we're more likely to get the transparent toaster, alas.

I think Miller is going to put out the self-cooling beer can sometime next year, and I know there's also a self-heating can of coffee coming out too.

Now, if only we could use technology to create a herd of self-tenderizing cattle and a farm of self-marinating chickens.  And, even better, if we could make a highly-addictive, hickory-based, waterproof cigarette for fish, we could have salmon and trout smoke themselves.  These are useful, time-saving things people!  Humanity needs this!

Good lord...a self cooling beer can & a video game urinal? Guys will just grab their case of beer & stay in the bathroom & play! HA!

Being a prof I prefer the Projector one!

For some reason the site won't open up for me.  I REALLY want to see these.  Can we try again another way?
