Hearing Regret -- New Order

I was going to make a bunch of comments of the new version of the Netscape Beta site, and its social aggregation thing that all the hip new Web sites are doing these days, but I see Journals Editor Joe is on top all of that and is saying what I would basically say. So I'll just hand you over to him. Also, of course, check out the beta and play with it. That's why it's there.
I do like that Netscape manages to persist. Back in the day -- we're talking 1996, here -- it was my favorite browser; indeed, my favorite browser of all time might be Netscape Communicator 4.2. And yes, I think it's entirely terrifying that I actually have a favorite browser of all time. Somebody help me.
