Hearing Shout -- Tears for Fears
The sun's been hot, it's the lazy days of August, and nothing helps to beat the heat than some ice-cold ice cream. With that in mind, this week's Photo Shoot Topic:
Your Monday Photo Shoot: Cool down with a photo that in some way involves ice cream. Other frozen treats such as Popsicles, frozen yogurt, ice milk and sherbet are also entirely acceptable. If it's sweet and it's frozen, it qualifies.
Also remember that although it's the Monday Photo Shoot, you can get pictures in until Thursday noon.
Here's my shot:
That's homemade ice cream at the family reunion yesterday, and if you know anything about homemade ice cream, you know that it's about as cold as ice cream can possibly get. This is just an ice cream headache waiting to happen. But Athena seems willing to take the risk. And who can blame her.
Your turn! Grab the camera and the ice cream and make a creamy cold photo -- then post it on your journal or blog and come back here to leave a link. And then, have some ice cream. Hey, you deserve it.
(Since there a likelihood of kids involved in these pictures, a reminder of AOL's standard disclaimer: Please be careful about posting pics of your kids, especially kids under 13. You shouldn't post personally identifying information (such as the name of their school), which could easily be used by people you don't know on the Internet to contact them. Also, it's against official policy to post photos of other people's under-13 kids (this includes relatives) without parental permission.)
