Hearing Starlight -- Muse
And now, the obligatory "picture from the hotel window" -- this is the courtyard of the Hilton Anaheim, where we are staying. Behind us you can see come of the California Adventure park, and somewhere beyond that is Disneyland. The happiest place on earth! Or so it's alleged. I doubt I'll have time to go to Disneyland while I'm here -- I'm jammed with panels, readings and signings all the time I'm here. However, that's not stopping others from enjoying Mickey and company, if you know what I mean.
So far the convention is coming along nicely, however. The Anaheim Convention Center may not be officially the "happiest place on earth," but for the next several days it will indeed be the geekiest place on earth, and I'm okay with that.

My husband once beat someone at Disneyland, but I sort of started it.

Yell - "Glenda says Hello Aunt Maryland" out the window for me, she lives right down the road from where you are. Have a great geeky weekend ... glad the ladies are having an alternative universe and enjoying themselves as well.
