Hearing The Muppet Show Theme -- The Muppets

3000 MPG

So, the good news is that someone's invented a car that gets 3,145 miles per gallon. The bad news is that it's small, shaped sort of like a cross between a coffin and a kidney, and in order to drive it, you have to lie down. Yeah, don't expect to see this in mass production anytime soon. But I'll tell you what. I'd settle for a car that got just a tenth of the gas mileage. That's pretty giving of me, I'd say.

Yeah I can see it now...tooling down the highway and you get smacked upside your head by a semi! Why? Cause you can't drive laying down...vision sucks...it doesn't take much brain power to realize if you reduce the mass you also reduce the need for more power...duh...why are they getting praises for building something useless?  Sandi

Since we're already doing the fighting and dying... why aren't we stealing enough oil to make it $.30 a gallon? All this coffin-car stuff would be back page news, and John could be like "My new Chevrolet Behemoth actually gets under one mile a gallon," and be bragging about it.
