They should justy make lawyers argue for their right to be lawyers in front of a really cranky judge against some slick retired country lawyer.

dear John, hehe..:0 :)
surprising..uh...(scrtaches head..looks over at Bea, Smurfette,Shauneen Caroline,Kate, and Carolyn,..)
I don't think our Jlander teachers grade that way...(shakes head emphatically)
"uh..Noooooo!"
that being said, it reminds me of a College prof I once had, escpecially since your mentioned retribution for grades. We ahd to turn in our final paper typed, college modle bio, the whole works, and this one clown thought he was "special"; and that the rules didn't apply! What! Whoa! he prof handed out our papers until he got to this guy. "So and so come up please."
the guy struts up to the front; waits for his A...:)
"You turned in this rough draft in pencil; despite my many warnings in class!" (the guy atually smiled! wrong tactic)
"You get an F!" and he waved it around us.

I had a Physics professor who used to weigh our final reports. I don't think he read them and just graded according to the weight. I think I got an "A" just because I was really wordy and used a pretty heavy paper.

Hmmmm. Maybe that's the way they grade in Pharmacy school too. Although I don't think I have much to complain about. My papers seem to be landing on the top step or the bottom landing depending on which "system" they prefer. I have a 4.0 average so far, four plus years and counting so I don't think I have to worry.
