When Hip Web Sites Try Too Hard


The folks at Retro Crush decided to do a feature commemorating the Chinese Year of the Boar with a feature on the greatest pigs in world culture. Usually lists like these are 50 or a hundred entries long. But this one is just 35. "I'd tell you that we spent a lot of time whittling it down to the Top 35 of all time," the author writes, "but frankly it's all we could do to even come up with 35." I would have thrown in the pigs from Hannibal, myself. But maybe that's why I don't get a vote. Warning: this feature is neither kosher nor halal.
