The rumor is that geeks aren't good with that love thing, but that's simply not true; it's just that they like to express their love in geeky ways. So for them, this makes perfect sense: 7 geeky gifts your girl will love this Valentines Day. Yes, from a digital picture frame to a laser-fueled mini-planetarium, these are all the things that make the geek gals swoon. Maybe. I think we should ask some of the geek gals -- or the woman in relationships with geeks. Ladies? Anything on this list appealing to you?

  I got a gold, heart shaped pendant with little channel set diamonds.  Very sweet especially from a guy who has never gone into a jewelry store before.  I've picked out the few pieces of nice jewelry that I own.  This means the world to me.
  I think I'll renew his contract for another 36 years.

  I like all of them, but covet none of them. It's got me thinking along new lines about John (Blocher, not Scalzi), though.  Maybe I can find him something cool after all. - K.

  Try a 18-wheel Freightliner, Tee.  From what I understand, those are pretty big and hard to drive.

  Give me a break! These gifts are not so bad....at least not in today's age! Include a few flowers or candy with it & what a deal...better than "regular" guys getting you a washer or dryer or heck "blender" remember "Father of the Bride" there are a lot of men who just don't get it and I wouldn't say they are geeks. Heck, I'd take a DVD recorder! :-)
