Hearing Ladyfingers -- Luscious Jackson

The view from my front porch this morning. If you're asking, hey, Scalzi, where's the rest of your lawn, well, the answer is that it is swaddled in fog so thick that school was canceled. Again. It's actually not a bad move, since I took this picture nearly two hours ago and the fog is still as thick. I'm just saying that Athena's lost nearly two weeks of school to weather this month, which however you slice it is pretty impressive.
Also, I've definitely got something flu-like going down at the moment; I passed out early last night and woke up feeling like I had a cramp in just about every possible limb. As they say: joy. I'm going to take it easy for most of the day, I think.
And how are you?

Dear John,

I've made that exact same picture by exhaling a bong hit as I snapped a picture. I do love melting snow fog, though.
If school could be called off for Fog out here on Cape Cod, you'd have 54 year old high school freshmen. -
I'm glad they closed the school for this. It's so dangerous. The flu seems to be hitting everybody. Rest is the best medicine. Gppd advice, I know, but will you follow it? LOL. My household has stayed clear so far. (Knock on wood) :)
