Tomorrow the temperature around here is supposed to hit 70 degrees, and in my book when you hit 70 degrees, you've officially hit spring, regardless of whether you're actually at the vernal equinox or not. And while I'm happy about that, because I like spring, I'm sad because I have all these winter pictures I never got around to posting. And so:

Your Monday Photo Shoot: Post any winter photos you didn't get around to posting earlier. Because winter is going, going, gone, baby. Think of it as a last salute.



Here's Kodi the dog looking back at me during the last big snowstorm of winter, with an expression that I read, more or less as "you expect me to go to the bathroom in this?" The fact is, though, that Kodi likes winter: she's got the fur coat for it. The middle of summer, when it's 90 degrees out and 90 percent humidity, not so much. But winter she can handle. She enjoyed it while she could.

Look through those photos, find the winter photos you didn't get around to posting, and get them up in your blog or journal. Then come back here to leave a link!

  spring has sprung here for the past couple weeks but i am betting that winter isn't quite through with us yet. i know one of my circus clowns is hoping for the same thing. still, it has been wonderful.

  first, what beautiful snow........it never snowed this winter in georgia.  
  
  second......i have to agree with the previous commenter.....i thought it was a bear.  codi is a beautiful BIG doggy, lol.  but i love the caption..........i wouldn't want to have to potty out in that either.
