Hearing Symphony #2 -- Jean Sibelus

Today is March 14 -- or 3.14 -- which means today is Pi Day! Which you celebrate by musing upon the circumferential number, and by enjoying pie. Toward the first, here's Pi to a million places -- just in case you need to know. Toward the second, here's a whole bunch of pie recipes, from AOL's Food area. As most pies are circular, pi is usually part of pie, and not just because they have their first two letter in common. Think about that, why don't you.
Do you enjoy pie? And pi?

Here's a list of Pi record holders, sadly, Creigthon is now ranked 8th!

it's either amazing, or really, really sad that so many people have devoted so much time to such things... maybe a little of both.
Now eating 43,000 pies, while much less healthy, sounds like a much more fun thing to attempt. :) -
To celebrate Pi day, I have this interesting little tidbit of info, while I bake my favorite pie; strawberry rhubarb.
Did you know that a man named: Creighton Carvello, has memorised the number PI to 20,013 places?
Now, if that's not an interesting way to enjoy your time.
