    Oh wow Mr Scalzi. Do you have a fine, charming voice. Can I just say it was definitely a worthwhile 1:11 time of my life. Consider a fan added to your already overflowing fanbase.

    ::snicker::

    Thanks for the laugh, but I am sure you won't be the last guy who has forgotten something important that he needed.

    Cheer up! Yer human and besides, you do have a computer handy.

    That happened to me at the All Star Game... I had no idea how to work the computer that Dulles sent me. I used the hotel one.

    A weekend off the computer might do wonders for you...although a computer convention is a sort of methadone, I suppose. I'd go Wild Man... ditch the geekathon, stuff your tummy somewhere, drink mass vodka, get thrown out of a strip bar, and start a fight in the street with someone for absolutely no reason at all.

    THEN we'll get some updates. "This is John, I have a broken nose and some stripper stole my wallet. I'm using my one phone call for an Audio Entry, so someone get up to Detroit and bail me out. Don't tell my ife-way."

    That's how I'd play the particular hand Fate dealt you.

    Oh wait... you can't read this.... Never mind.

    You know, I've forgotten my plug for my computer, but never the computer itself. That's great and I thank you for the chuckle I got this morning. ;)

    Oh man does that sound like a lame male excuse to get a new computer! HA!

    Boy your wife is going to keep this audio tape & just keep it as a sound bite for the future.

    Now why is it that I don't feel sorry for you. HA!
