Hearing Nothing at the moment
Okay, do you have any idea how embarrassing it is to go to a science fiction/computing convention, and completely forget to bring a computer?
Folks here have not been notably sympathetic, I have to say -- they're making jokes about withdrawal symptoms. Fortunately they do have a community area with computer access, and that's where I am at the moment, typing this to you. I still feel like an idiot, however. And I have to say using someone else's computer always feels a little weird. It's like the feeling you get when you're using someone else's car, if you know what I mean.
Otherwise I'm having a nice weekend so far: Seeing a lot of friends (which is always nice) and generally having fun. Hope yours is going well, too.
I'll be posting again tomorrow once I get back home, which should be late in the day. Try to stay out of trouble until then, okay? Thanks.
